That is awesome! When I was a kid and was picking up the original 13 I noticed all the "leaders" or specialists had black boots. Breaker had black boots so in my head I changed him to an officer and had his secondary specialty as "GI Joe Officer"...yeah....i was 10

Good question. Maybe it's because he was so good at his primary specialty? He was often seen as the main communications and computer guy in the early sunbow cartoon. Who knows?

File card says his primary is infantry.
So, communications is secondary? |

I looked back at all the other versions of Breaker and his Secondary Specialty is listed but it changes.
1997 v2 File Name: Kibbey, Alvin R. SN: RA 757-79-3518 Grade: E-5 Birthplace: Gatlinburg, Tennessee Primary Specialty: Infantry Secondary Specialty: Computer Technology 2005 v3 File Name: Kibbey, Alvin R. SN: 757-79-AR35 Grade: E-4 Birthplace: Gatlinburg, Tennessee Primary Specialty: Infantry Secondary Specialty: Radio Telecommuncations 2008 v4 File Name: Kibbey, Alvin R. SN: 757-79-AR35 Grade: E-4 Birthplace: Gatlinburg, Tennessee Primary Specialty: Infantry Secondary Specialty: Communications Technology 2009 v5 (Rise of Cobra) File Name: Abel Shaz..............Complete name change here SN: 757-79-AR35 Grade: E-4 (Corporal) Primary Specialty: Communications Specialist.........I guess Infantry is no longer his Primary? So yeah....there's been some changes to Breaker. LOL! |

His First Filecard also mentions his involvement with Project Gamma, which would make him Special Forces possibly.

"Project GAMMA was the name given to Detachment B-57, Company E (Special Operations), 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne), 1st Special Forces, U. S. Army in Vietnam from 1966 to 1970. It was responsible for covert intelligence collection operations in Cambodia."
If this was accurate and you figure he was around 18 at the time, he would be in the 63 to 67 year old range, depending on what year he served. It would be best that they keep the conflicts he served in vague, otherwise we would be calling him Geriatric Joe.

For what it's worth, all three of Slaughter's Renegades -- Mercer, Red Dog, and Taurus -- have only a Primary Military Specialty: Small Arms Armorer, Infantry, and Demolitions, respectively.
