I just wanted to chime in about this because I've been thinking about it for some time.
You don't need to reprint the entire door, just make a new tab that can fit on the broken part, like slipping a glove with new fingers on a hand with no fingers. Remember those clips for the leg supports you made me? Similar concept. Slip or glue onto the existing door. They'd be relitively small, no details to mimic, only replacing the functionality.

I'm looking for new restoration stickers for my recently acquired TD. I looked on ebay and seller (wormyworms) has a sheet for $28.99 and Toyhax has a sheet for $38.
The one from Toyhax seems to have green colored "radar display", the other set is white in color. Which is correct?

The one from Toyhax seems to have green colored "radar display", the other set is white in color. Which is correct? Hasbro produced the sticker with a flat white surface for the radar display. Wormyworms intended to duplicate that exact original vintage toy look. Cobra Stickers decided to improve upon that look, by printing on metallic reflective foil so that the red buttons appear to glow, and the radar display appears to have a green glow. All else appears flat black or white as it should. Presently, I am using Cobra Stickers custom monitor displays to avoid repetition throughout my Terror Drome, and make it look more detailed. The photo I’ve taken illustrates all three for your comparison.

There are pros and cons. His shipping takes a while and they aren't precut, but they're usually a lot cheaper that the others. His are $18 bucks. https://www.rattlerrepros.com/1986-cobra-labels.html I use all three depending on very different factors. wormyworms - Precut, decent prices, on eBay so you get tracking and buyer protection with PayPal. Takes about a week or less. His decals aren't as crisp as the others, almost dull. To me his are more vintage copies, so if it doesn't really matter to you, use him. He doesn't have the selection others have either. I use him for vehicles I restore then sell on eBay. ToyHax - Precut, about a week or so shipping. Some of their custom sets are really nice. These are premium decals and you pay for it. If you have one piece you really want to shine, use them. They also don't have everything Rattler Repros has. (Sky Raven for example.) Rattler Repros, he was the first and his stuff is nice and bright, but most are not precut. He has a few that are, like the glow in the dark stuff for Night Force, etc. His prices are lower than the others. For most vehicles I've restored I've used his decals. I have his Terror Drome and Flagg decals I need to apply, and it's going to be a nightmare because I'll have to cut out all the little "No step" or "Caution" decals... not looking forward to it haha, but I saved a ton of money and in the end they'll look nice. His Flagg decals were half what Toyhax was selling for, so I'll suck it up, haha. His shipping takes alost a month because he's in Mexico and they need to clear customs. In the end it comes down to personal preference. Like I said I use all three depending on all those factors.

Thanks for the info. Very interesting. I also found a guy on ebay called toylife13. He sells some assorted GI Joe stickers- Looking at a set for the Cobra CAT *sears exclusive... (not pre-cut though)
I think I might need to pay the extra for pre-cut. Not sure how I'd manage to cut perfect circles out of all the the round Cobra emblems...

Got a Terrordrome for about $50 from a local comic book store about 7 years ago. Decent shape, but still incomplete/ damaged. Working on getting it in playable shape now that my son is getting into Joes

What you have to remember about Toyhax is that their sets are more custom based. Sometimes they're even smaller than the original, (see my Hammerhead restoration.) and sometimes they take a few liberties with color and other details.

My fix for broken drop down door tabs and it works great. I used a 1/2” long #4 screw and a couple coils off a spring from an assortment. While it’s visible, I don’t think glue or epoxy would work for any substantial length of time.
