My birthday is in September. It is possible i miss remember some of that and it was birthday gifts but either way all that came either my birthday or Christmas. I had 4 aunts and 3 way older cousins that all spoiled me before my brother, sisters, and my other cousins were born plus grandparents. It was the first Christmas my stepfather was around. I think my mom and him were engaged but were definitely not married. My dad, mom, and future stepfather all tried to by my happiness that year I do believe

Well, I can finally join this elite group. I went to a local collectibles store today after reading on FB that their Joe's were 50% off. So I went to see what I could find. I'd been there before, and I sorta knew what they had. In the last they had a loose TD and a boxed one. When I got there today, all they had was the boxed one. The box isn't in good shape, and the guy said it was missing the instructions, stickers and AVAC. They were asking $400 for it. No way, I thought. But I asked about it, and how low he could go, and he said $200. So after thinking about it for a solid minute, I said sure. I got it home and opened up the beat up box, and the TD is in pretty good shape overall. One of the gas nozzles is broken. And the firebat is missing the missles. And there are indeed no stickers. But its a TD! Never had one as a kid.

I just became a proud owner yesterday. CL find listed as G.I Joe stadium and accessories. Turns out to be a Terror Drome and a few vehicles for $100. Said he has the turret mounts somewhere and will mail them when he finds them. Had my mother grab it for me since it was a posting near her. Now I just need to get it from her. Wonder how much it would cost to ship it...

You'd have to cut the drome or come up with another mounting plan. If I could find a cheap yellowed base... lots of ways to make it much cooler.

The attachments for the turrets are a different size than the cobra shield pieces
