How do you fix a busted O-ring in figures like Slice, Dice and Nunchuck. Or are you just stuck with dismembered parts? Any ideas would be helpful.

I've heard some collectors use the boil and pop method, and I've heard some use a nail filer or something to pry open the torso with minimal damage. It's up to you which method you wish to use.

I used a longer rubber band and used small pliers to string it through the middle of the body and put and end on each leg. Same as fixing a Zartan.

So once you pop them open, how do you get them back together?

sorry i misunderstood the quesion. these figs are glued together like Zartan and fam?
i use the boil and pop method. you heat the fig in some hot water tho soften it, then use vice grips wrapped in cloth to apply presure and pop the glue free. use glue to fit them back. some times you will have to fill gaps. i use millput a 2 part epoxy but there is a ton of stuff. |

I've taken them apart using an X-acto blade and some prying with a small screwdriver. You should be able to glue them back together with some super gloo.
