I noticed that Slice does not have a back screw on the Ninja Force figure. Short of cracking open the figure, is there a way to replace the O-Ring?

You have to carefully crack the figure open and then superglue back together. There are some guides online if you can find them. I've never done it because it sounds like a pain.

Its possible to thread a very small peice of wire around the "peg" that the original o-ring would be on and use a thinner larger diameter o-ring and hook both loops sticking out over the t-hook. Some experimentation on the size might be needed but most hardware stores carry a large selection. I included a crude drawing to kinda illustrate what im talking about. I actually got this information from a fellow tanker so im in no way taking credit for this fix.

I've cracked a few open. Just use the same technique for Zaratan/Zarana/Zandar. Use a X-Acto blade and carfully seperate the torso at the seams. Work carefully and slowly till it feels pretty loose and then use a small precision flathead screwdriver to pry the halves apart.
Use a few dots of superglue after you replace the O-ring. |

I actually found it easier to just split the torso. I remember even drilling a hole in Storm Shadow's back so he can wear a backpack after I fixed it as I also cut off the tabs that keep his waist from turning.
