Thanks for all of your comments guys. I contacted eBay. They said that they can't do anything. Only thing I can do is contact the buyer to have the feedback revised. I really don't think the seller would even care to respond! Whatever, I know I am a good seller and that I tried to resolve the problem. And anyone that ever purchased anything off of me knows the same. So again, eBay and the buyer wins!

Not trying to beat a dead horse, but I couldn't see it on my phone... maybe that's where the buyer was buying it from. I'm not trying to argue, I think the buyer was silly... but I'm squinting to see the pic, maybe a smart phone isn't the best way to buy vintage stuff, hahaha!!!

My advice is to sell on the forums or at toy shows. That's what I did. |

It seems a little silly not to expect one or two bad buyers out of thousands of successful ones. And this isn't really that bad of a case. curch made money on the sale and got a slight drop in positive rating that isn't going to stop anybody from buying from him. It's annoying more than anything.
Good luck turning a profit through forums that even comes close to what can be made on ebay. |

The person I spoke with "Adam" went through all of our messages back and forth. Told me to try and work it out with the buyer again. But I am not. The buyer is very unreasonable I guess, as you can see in all the negatives he has left.

Honestly, that's one reason I don't bother to sell loose Joes anymore. I've had quite a few hassles dealing with cheap buyers obsessing over things like this that were obvious in the pictures. |
