I think that's supposed to be the Ferret. A lot of the vehicle designs in the first miniseries were a bit different from the toys.
The Rattler look very different: JoeToonArchive.com - ARAH 4 Duel in the Devil's Cauldron/0096 Same with the Claw: JoeToonArchive.com - ARAH 4 Duel in the Devil's Cauldron/0152 These looked more like the toys in the second series but the Trubble Bubble had 3 engines: JoeToonArchive.com - ROC 1 In the Cobra's Pit/0036 |

I think it in 3-wheels better. Kinda cute in the beginning days compared to a Stun. What did S.T.U.N. stand for anyways?

That movie had a lot of toys that weren't quite fleshed out. The trikes, and the VTOL planes used to capture the meteor from the volcano looked like early Rattler mock-ups.

Something that would make a cool custom is the "Super Hiss" they had in the cartoons:

But watch out...Super HISS tanks can easily be sliced in half by the wing of a Skystriker (as seen in the first "Pyramid of Darkness" episode).
The SHARC also had an early prototype in the original 5-part cartoon. The footage of the Rattlers in the volcano scene was later re-used as the Rattler toy commercial in late 1984. I always thought the 3-wheeler was an early Ferret concept. Ever since the line began, it felt like Cobra needed a bike to counter the Joes' RAM.

There was a battle pack wind up 3 wheeler. Or something like that. Could fold up and be made into a back pack. It was tan and belonged to the Joes not cobra. Only three wheeler I know of.
