Pretty much every one I've seen on eBay in the last 2 years has had atleast 1 issue, if you can get a nice pair non discoloured then check that the clips that hold the swivel guns are mint, loads have a small chunk missing. They'll still hold in but are broken! I'm still looking for a pair myself.

I haven't seen the blue doors lately. I was looking for a set for awhile since the first defiant I bought the doors were shattered in shipping. I'm about to give up and just part it out.

Don't give up! I waited 12 months to find a stickin crank cover. The doors will surface sooner or later.

Yeah that would be great! In the mean time I just keep looking. I do have a bunch of extra parts I plan on putting in my best.

Yes
I soak mine for 4 hour in a clear rubber maid tub in hydrogen peroxide that I bought off the self at walmart. I took it apart first and soaked just the yellow shell |

I'm going to jump in here, I was an advocate of the peroxide method a year ago but I'm afraid now that 12-18 months have passed I've had to bin several of my toys as the yellowing came back 10 times worse! The only things that seem to stay a good colour are the coloured pieces (I did the blue doors and they still look good) my booster has a yellow tint but isn't horrendous, but I also did an arctic blast, avalanche, vector jet and polar battle bear. All have been thrown as they re-yellowed worse.
