i tried my best to search through b/s/t lists, and man that looks impossible to find things there. if anybody can help me figure the best ways to use the b/s/t section to find stuff i need, i would appreciate it.

anyway,what i need is a chassis for my tiger paw, i broke the tab at the back of the chassis that goes in that little compartment area.........does anybody have one of those chassis for sale or trade? i assume the chassis is the same for the ferret/tiger paw right?

They aren't the same. The Ferret's is gray, while the Tiger Paw's is black

well crap. so then i definately need a black tiger paw chassis. i lost the tiny tab, or else i'd just glue it back. anybody have a black chassis for sale?

Good luck in your search. I've got one or two broken ferret frames. They alwasy seem to break at the rear axle.

i don't mind the axle area broken, i want one with that tab unbroken that holds the body to the chassis in the little rear compartment area. i can glue the axle piece depending on where it's broken. i lost my little tab part, that's my big issue

hell can't beat that price. thanks for lookin out. looked like the tab isn't broken on it, so i hope i don't snap it putting the thing back together

Yeah,

If you don't mind, I can give you some tips that will make it easier to put it back together.

1.) Put the engine on the frame first before you snap it to the body.

2.) Then snap the back tab in place first (under trunk compartment area). You will probably have to angle the tab, so that it doesn't put pressure on the little lip on the tab. Make sure that it catches on the edge of the body, so that the back stays tight.

3.) Next snap the tab in place under the seat.

4.) Lastly, put your wheels on. Make sure to hold onto the axles while slowly putting the wheels on, too much pressure will break the axles VERY QUICKLY. The wheels can be kind of stiff going on.

The Ferret has always been my favorite vehicle since I was a kid. I just thought that I would offer some help to you.

thank you for the tips. attempting to put it together after cleaning was what broke that rear tab in the first place.
