I am not up to date on some of the values of the vintage ARAH vehicles, but have a chance to pick up a Flagg from a local seller. The FLAGG is near mint to mint condition with very nice stickers and is only missing 2 pieces (1 ladder and the cover to the sound system), the sound system still works too. Can anyone chime in and say what a realistic value for this loose ship is? Thanks!!

Best way to get a realistic current value would be to go to Ebay and check completed auctions. There you will see a history of what people have payed and what condition the Flagg was in. I have seen them on Craigs list under $200 and I have seen people asking closer to $1500. One thing to look out for is how brittle the plastic is, it could look great then snap and break as you reasemble it.

If it's really in that condition and only missing those 2 parts, then it's worth $500+
Curious where you're getting it from as you're in "the neighborhood" |

If a record bid of $10,000.00 one MISB example of a Flagg realised in 2011 on EBay is any indicator, a MLC example could be worth 4 or 5K.

I'll give you $20 for it and $300 to ship it.

Don't you pay for a forum of your own to post worthless posts in?

Double check it. There are several small pieces that can cost a lot of money to track down later that affect the value of a Flagg tremendously.
I would expect a truly complete loose Flagg to bring in the $700 range. if the fantail railing is missing, that's $100. The sound system is $80-100. The engine cover for the crane is a tough find, as are the fuel nozzles for the fueling trailer and the y pins. The two pieces you say the one you are looking at is missing don't sound too bad. If you pick it up for $500 you would be doing very well....up to $650-700 and you're in the market range. it will also help that you won't have to pay shipping.
