Those were Pathfinder, Dial Tone and Dusty right (Or was it Outback, I know their are 4 unreleased Desert camo figures from late 90's early 00's) Also does anyone know which HQ it was supposed to be, 82 or 92?

Does an "unproduced" item even count? If that's the case, then the SDCC Contest winners' figures are the hardest to find. There's only one, maybe two for promotional purposes.

It was going to be the '83 HQ. It was going to have Outback, Pathfinder and Dial Tone. There is also an unproduced "Chocolate Chip" Dusty figure that was supposed to be included with the 2001 Desert Striker. This figure was shown at one of the early toy shows that year. (You can find pics somewhere on Master Collector's site.) The figure then showed up in the 2002 or 2003 Hasbro diorarma at the Convention. As far as I know, there are no samples of this figure that are not in Hasbro's possession. But, things like that change all the time.

Cool list, hadn't seen that before. They really shouldn't put carded and loose figures in the same list though, and obviously, the info is a bit dated. Interesting though.
God, how I hate that name... I think it was kind of a custom anyway, doesn't really count.

HAHAHAH I literally just got these in the mail today.
haahahahahhaha. except I have one with Blowtorch ... have never seen the ripcord. I love em they say JHONY QUES 107 G.I . Joe and Johnny Quest 2-Pack - Argentina Not marketed as G.I. Joes, but as Johnny Quest figures. They were the remaining figures not carded by Plastirama. One figure was Johnny himself and the other was an Argentina Joe. The only figures seen packaged are the Ninja Ku, Destro, and Ripcord Approximately 1:20 ratio to the carded counterparts. Also see the C.O.P.S.
