I have been a joe fan and collector for years. i was scouring ebay looking around and noticed one of my favorite planes a Z-25 condor and even though i never had one always wanted one until i saw some of the prices. just curious why are the condors so expensive? maybe i just dont know how rare they were. can anyone shed any light to this

This aircraft design disturbs me. It looks weird! I have an original one in box and unassembled. Not sure if I will build it anytime soon either since its at my folks. But what I hate most is the pilot. The design of the pilot and color scheme is not of my likings.
In regards to your question, I can't see this going for more than $100 bucks for a MIB unassembled anyways. Or $30 bucks for a loose mint and complete. |

I will happily buy one for $30 mint, loose, and complete. Or just loose and complete Crazy awesome planes rule. In fact, I even have a Rattler I'd trade straight up for a Condor.

Lots of bombs and missiles to loose, plus relatively small production numbers compared to some earlier large G.I.Joe toys?

I'm still looking for one of these myself. My buddy has 2 (1-boxed & 1-loose/complete). It is a beautiful weird-ass plane.
The Phantom X-19 is also hard to find complete and cheap. My Buddy gave me one for my Birthday cuz he knew it was my White Whale and he got a complete one in a lot he won on ebay. I think he kind of regrets that cuz since then he hasn't been able to get another one as complete as mine for a decent price. |

I love the Condor. Plus it is 25th compatible
I got my original one on a holiday in Hawaii, I didn't know anything about the plane other than it looked cool. I have another one that I got from ebay last year without decals so I contacted Ruben and have a set on the way. I also want a Phantom X-19 but the price keeps it out of my collection |
