I've been on the lookout for a Starduster v1A. You'd think the existence of a Black Major copy that's pretty dang close to the original would alleviate some of the demand for that. But no, if you want an original, it'll cost $200 easily.

There's one on eBay at the moment with a $174.99 Buy-It-Now, but it's badly yellowed.

Similar story with Steel Brigade v1A.

Yeah, the mail-in figures have become insane in prices. Even Fridge has jumped up to around $60-70 a figure. And don't get me started on the Create A Cobra....

Found a great lot off of Offer Up. The figures are near perfect. No cracks or loose joints. Some paint wear. The vehicles are missing pieces and have some damage. The best part is the two Vamps and Stinger all have their steering wheels.

Not a bad little haul. Getting the Pads on the Zartan, a good Firefly, and the machine gun for the Slugger is worth the price alone.

It is amazing the deals that you sometimes stumble into on ebay. A few years back I really wanted to get Space Shot but a carded fig was spendy. I saw a listing on the "Ending Soon on ebay" portion of HT for 4 sealed Star Brigade figs and one was Space Shot. I decided to put in a bid of $50 and see where it went. I kid you not I won the lot for $45 plus shipping.
