The boys are back in towm....
Finished up my Thunder Machine restoration. Repro decals and completely polished. Of course when I was completely done and loading in Thrasher, I had him gripping the steering wheel and when I fit into the dashboard it broken the little column underneath....at least the repair is minute and barely visible. But god is it frustrating when something breaks so far into the project. |

I had one as a kid and remember it being very solid. The scale of it didn't seem to work with everything else though. I could see it as a blockade runner breaking through defenses but still seemed limited in play value once the rockets were spent. It always reminded me of the Bat-Tank from The Dark Knight Rises comic. It also needed a ladder for the figures to get into the drivers seat....lol.

I watched Formbx257's review a few days ago and it got me thinking about it. Without the giant orange cannon it looks like a really cool suped up monster truck. The missile firing mechanism also seems really cool too.

That's the same review I watched, and the body looked like polyethylene to me, like a Rubbermaid bin. It should be durable as all hell if it is.

I seen a pic not to long ago that someone had it displayed with their Slaughters Marauders collection and it fit in really well.

Not a haul, just playing around with this since I don’t see a thread for random pics.
