I "splurged" over the last three months buying a lot of well-played with vehicles from Craigslist. Unfortunately, none complete but some need TLC and will be battle worthy again. The rest are for parts (coming soon on the B/S/T forum!).
The figures came from eBay. Couldn't pass up a local guy selling each for $4. |

Got a bit back into collecting this month
Snow Serpent complete (5th one, 3 complete) Eliminator Desert Scorpion (2nd one, other is complete) Interrogator (mine had a broken thumb) Patriot complete (How the heck do you load the missiles to fire? It says to make sure they go all the way down, I've ended up with one stuck for minutes. Add your own jokes) Also had to buy some replacements due to injuries for Zartan and his swamp skier, Polly and the Sky Hawk. Last edited by sutekh22; 07-28-2018 at 06:31 PM.. |

My big lot I previously posted about has arrived now, and I'm currently going through it as we speak. It's taking a long time to catalog it all, but it's looking great so far. A bonus is an original straight-arm Cobra which he didn't mention in the original listing, complete with gun in mint condition with his file card. Didn't have one as I don't make a point of collecting the '82 range, but it was a nice surprise. I also just won another big ebay lot, which was a pretty big bargain if you ask me, though not cheap. It included a Tiger Force Outback and a Dusty complete with that damn bi-pod, which is something I didn't have. Also an original Hooded CC with gun in perfect condition. I'll post the pic later if anyone is interested. |

Picked up loose Crazy Legs and Fast Draw. Both super mint but Crazy Legs is missing all of his weapons and Fast Draw is missing a handle and the blue hose...

I've had a few Swamp Skiers, and they're never in one piece. Most fragile vehicle known to man. I hope Zartan was good at avoiding small rocks, that's all I'm saying.

Wooooo! Finally found a swivel arm Scarlett! Now I'm down to needing like Sneak Peek and some weapons. Not sure if I will go much further into 1987 other than non-vehicle releases because those vehicle drivers are insanely priced.

“Cobra Mamba! It’s power is frightening, it strikes like lightning!” Delivered while I was at work today. I can’t believe how big it is! Very cool!

That is one of the vehicles that I can't make up my mind on. Love the twin rotors, the colors and size but hate the tri-canopy. It looked to me as a three headed monster. So I am torned wether to add to the collection or not.

I can see your point to an extent . When I got it out of the box the pods were off. It almost looks like a snake without them. Personal preference I suppose. So far it’s pretty cool though!

Got this minty-mint HAL and Grand Slam.
Also got the cannon for the Lynx from GIJoeJunkyard.com!
