Ok I know this figure is some what rare. I havent seen to many come around. I finally saw one on ebay yesterday. It is moc but it is funskool so packaging is not in great shape. This figure is already up to 525 bucks with 3 days left. WOW I say. Any international collector out tell me whats up with this? Is it really that rare? I had a blue snake eyes MOC and it didnt sell for that much when I had to part with it.

With Funskool the wackier the colors the more it tends to go for. Carded figures from that era are getting more scarce just due to age. This is a rare piece that you don't see often, and I get it hits well over 1200 before all is said and done.

Yes blue/yellow major blood is that rare, and will probably go for more than what it's already selling at, but it's iffy given the time of year it's being sold. If it was in spring I'd say a lot more.
The blue short fuse, blue Hawk, and red stalker are the top tier of the Funskool figures, and this is second tier, but still pretty expensive. Red Buzzer is second tier and I sold mine for $325 earlier this year loose.

There was an MMS complete with Blue Hawk on ebay earlier this year (around tax refund time, now THAT'S a smart seller!) I can't remember what it went for, but I think he had a reserve around 5k on it.

Yeah blue Hawk is indeed an uber rare figure. But remember, there are some Funskool figs that were released in the new century. My Skydiver is one of them. It's funny, but Funskool actually stamps the cardback with the production date. Cool eh?

So some Funskool are rare due to age and odd colors, but some are a dime a dozen. Just remember to do your research so you don't get burned.
