I know this has been brought up many times before but I though you all might like to hear this.
I few days ago I was trying to open a Viper for a custom that required different arms. Well lets just say I was "lucky" and got one of the guys Hasbro decided to put lots of glue in and well the poor little fella didn't make it. The torso was fine but the chest was beyond repair.
Before tossing it I tried an experiment. I put a little blob of epoxy putty inside the front piece of the chest in the space between the arm pegs. After it dried I drilled the backpack hole through and threaded a screw into the hardened putty. It wasn't as strong as if it was molded in the plastic, but it held together.
I have since tossed it but it just goes to show that their is room in the chest for these guys to be screwed together and not glued.

Come on Hasbro, you know there are lots of us who customize, you even encourage it. I'm getting tired of breaking these guys trying to take them apart when it would be so simple to fix.
I can only guess the reason they haven't addressed this problem is because if they keep it this way and we keep breaking them, they know we'll go to the store and buy more of the peg-warmers to make more customs. Its getting really old, really quick.

A screw would be nice, but would require a watch screw so small it may not have enough rough play integrity.
