Are mexican gi joe misb worth collecting?

For those who don't know, I'm living in Mexico for the time being. The one I saw was loose and had all the original stickers, the canopy is somewhat cloudy, it comes with two Ace pilots and both seats, and apparently my english composition is suffering from being in Mexico so long...

Just wondering if they're overcharging. It looks like it's in pretty good shape, but Joe stuff is traditionally expensive south of the border.
