Apart from the obvious Calvery Hat, what is the best headgear for Wild Bill from the list below:
UH-1 Huey Pilot Helmet: [img] AH-6 Little Bird Pilot Helmet: OH-56 Kiowa Pilot Helmet & UH-60 Blackhawk Pilot Helmet: AH-64 Apache Pilot Helmet: |

I like the Huey helmet. And I love the chopper. I wish I had room for that thing.

I think the Huey helmet looks cool and has the right insignia for Wild Bill's character, but for accuracy with equipment is outdated. The Apache helmet is cool too but again I think this hlmet is specific to Apache pilots.
If you want accuracy, I think the AH-6 or Blackhawk/Kiowa helmet would be the best fit. If you've got the skills, you could paint a 1st Calvary insignia on the back of it. That's what I've done for a few of my bbi pilots. For fun I'd go with the Huey Helmet. Only other thing that needs to be done that Hasbro forgot to do is paint the crossed sabers on his cowboy hat gold. Also, his hat should be black for a true Cav hat. Plus, don't know if you know this or not, but the pilot's seat is the rear seat in the Cobra just like the Apache. Great pics, can't wait to get my hands on Wild Bill. Love the helmets on WB. I think the huey or the blackhawk helmets look best.
FYI: Wild Bill should sit in the back seat of the Cobra. He's currently sitting in the gunner seat! |

Thanks for the update on the pilot seat, I realized this after I had taken the pics when I was reading Marvel's G.I. Joe #16 with Wild Bill training Airborne. Wild Bill was in the aft (Pilot Seat) and Airborne was in the forward (Gunner Seat).

It does and unfortunately, he has a small head compared to the rest of the line. It is simulare to that of the 25th Shipwreck. On a side note, he has the largest feet of the 25th Joes and Cobra so far. It just doesn't make sense and that is my main gripe with this figure. That and the huge gun holters that stick out.
