For some odd reason I don't think they ever got to the US version production before they cancelled them, so that stuff that went to Kanada was all there was that was produced. That is why they got released in Kanada because they were the foriegn boxes, not the US release boxes. It is plausible they may show up one day at Tuesday mornings since they seem to get the Kanada merchandise like the Kanada single carded 25th joes.
Were the ones released in the Philipines the multi language boxes? Still love the way Hasbro said they had "shipped" that was the copout of 2009.... I wish this target wave would get released somehow, but given it was an exclusive, I don't hold out high hopes. If I knew for sure, I'd be biting on the 200+ asking price, but this is all a crap shoot. |

Having not paid a lot of attention to these previously, I have to say that the packaging art on this series was pretty cool. That would have drawn my eye to it in the stores a lot more than the plain window boxes of the earlier exclusives.

I got mine from handytoy or wstoys on ebay (cannot remember which) last year for 9.99 plus 5 shipping. Wish I would have gotten more of all of them now...

Yup, $40 s/h on each of these, guy's really ballsy to do that on top of his lowest offer price! I have a MIB Arctic glider/Capt. Ace set that I got earlier this year from handytoy but it doesn't have any of the Target logo stickers anywhere on it (like the ones in the auction pics), who puts the store exclusive logos on them? Hasbro or the retailer?

Though I think the black and red Trouble Bubble is awesome I can live without any of them really.
If they somehow make it out to the unwashed masses I will probably get them. But for 300 a piece, they can keep them. |
