a lot of members here seem to prefer (based on toy fair pictures) Cobra Shock Trooper over the Alley Viper.
I could certainly see the similarities between the two. Both came with a shield, both with a lot of gears, both are meant for city close quarter combat and both are excellent troop builder. for me, I still think the red Alley Viper is a better figure. He is more of a elite force for front line battles compared to the Shock Trooper acting as riot control troop. |

I can't comment on which I like more until I have a Shock Trooper in hand, but as of now, I gotta say it's a close call.

I like that shock trooper a lot, the alley viper has never really caught my attention.

It's hard to say but I think I'll still think of AVs as elite and ST as foot soldiers in riot gear. It's like any cop can be called for riot duty but it takes a special officer to make to SWAT.

Too early to tell but the shock troopers are the closest to Cobra Blue shirts we are ever going to see again so he will be a hot commodity. I will have at least 10 of those to go with my 10 Avs. last of the POC troop builders makes me sad panda :(
