It just seems like everything is going to hit in June...
Hasbro is going to release the first wave of vehicles the next wave of comic packs, the cartoon packs, and a wave of single carded figures... thats way too much coming out at once... I say wave 7 the sooner the better!!! |

I agree with some of the posters here: Wave 5 was blink and you missed them and the only Wave 6 figure I saw was Rock n Roll.
Is Hasbro releasing less product to drive up collector aspect or are the scalpers just getting that aggressive? The thought of a scalper buying a whole box of Joes just to sell them on eBay just burns me to no end >:( |

I think Hasbro has something to do with the amount you see on shelves.....I hear all the time that alot of stores are scared to stock GI Joes or stock more than they do or order more than a case because they are scared that Joes dont/wont sale and havent sold well in the past minus the early and somewhat late 80s. I do recall seeing the shelves full with Sigma Six, VvV and spytroops on my trips through Wal Mart.
I think they are adding fuel to the fire but shorting us. Wal Mart and Target (although Target has a few one ups on Wally World) Never have anything!! Well I take that back....if my Joe and Cobra Army was just between Buzzard and ShipWreak Id be set... What Im trying to say is why did they fully support lines before, but one THEY know is going to sale like Hot Cakes (What are Hot Cakes by the way?) do they send LESS of? All I know is I wish I had better pickings when it came to buying Joes and Yes I do go online as well........ |

I hope wave 7 doesn't come out in May or June. That will be way too much. If that's how it goes, oh well...
Heres hoping wave 7 comes out next week. Please. Please. Please.

I have bought all my single Joes by the case online up till wave 6, which I skipped because I didn't think it was worth it for three new figs.
Well, I got my case of wave 5 in late December, and four months later I have yet to see wave 6 on pegs. However, I just missed the revision case at Target on Saturday, finding everything but the 3 new figs. Thanks to the forums I am not freaking out because I can see from other posters that these are still shipping. My local Wal-Mart finally put out a few cases, but they were of wave 4. |
