What scale would u say the USS FLAGG was? I know it aint 1:18 because a 1:1 would crush a rec room. I saw a model at Hobby Lobby on clearence and the scale is 1:350. So how big is that?

Just to let you know, the true scale of the ARAH U.S.S. Flagg is 1:135 scale. That means the Figures would be 4.44 centimenters. For it to be the 25th scale (1:18 4-inch.), the U.S.S. Flagg (Kitty Hawk Class) would need to be:
Length: 55 ft waterline 58.44 ft overall -------------------------- Width: 13.949 ft -------------------------- Height: 1.972 ft -------------------------- |

I think it would be close to H/O scale which is the average model train set. I am not sure what the numerical scale would be, but I think it's 1/48th.

Is it the Enterprise 1/350 from Tamiya?
The Enterprise is 1,123 ft long according to the good folks of Wikipedia. Divide that by 350... and you get. 3.2 ft and some very minor change in length. The Flagg, based on the Enterprise's length is roughly 1/150. 1:18 would be roughly 62.389 ft long. Edit: But, Starfighter, by way of DaveViper, has the more correct specs for a true Flagg.
