This Thread is not about who your favorite Characters are, thats been done...
So who are your favorite G.I. JOE team, or Cobra Command "Action Figures"? Example: 1. I always wanted Snow Job as a kid because of his accessories! 2. I loved Lt. Falcon for his accessories also... 3. I Love the Character of Tunnel Rat, but hated his huge backpack because it made him hard to stand up. 4. Gung Ho is my favorite JOE character, but most of the figures don't due him justice, in my opinion. The 25th version is great, but the arms are too small, and the hands don't hold weapons that well. 5. I like the character of Big Boa, and all his accessories! But I hate the helmet! 6. I LOVED Firefly and Storm Shadow action figures for their look and accessories! His swords fit in the backpack!! AWESOME Firefly had that phone, or remote detonator! (whatever you want to pretend that it is) ...So what say You? Last edited by IronMan76; 02-08-2010 at 11:41 PM.. |

I loved a Gi Joe whose name I don't know that I got from my father when he worked at Toys R us and was allowed to keep what he caught people trying to steal. Outside of mr. Unknown. I always liked General Hawk simply because I thought he was a ww2 pilot. I also am in love with the Roc Tripwire from the outpost defender.

My favorite Joe/Cobra action figures are;
General Hawk (Vintage/25th) I mean come on he's a General and his flight jacket is what made the figure for me. Flint (Vintage/25th) He was the first figure I saw with a beret and I thought it was so cool. Stalker (Vintage/25th) he was awesome because he had a beret, and he was black like me so that made me feel good. Destro (Vintage/25th) who doesn't think a figure with a shiny silver/gold head is awesome. Cobra Commander (vintage/25th in the hood) I liked the helmet version but the hood was a sinister and cool look.

I had Hit and Run too... His accessories kicked ass. Too bad he was never in the Cartoon. I don't remember him much in the comic either... |

Blowtorch. He was a different color than the rest and had a cool mask.

ARAH= ambush- his articulation is better than any other and he is generic so he can be whatever I want
25th= Crimson Guard- no other shoulders a weapon as well as him nor gets in as good of a crouch position, simply amazing! His backpack and rifle are also awesome, solid hands, great head articulation, the works! ROC= Helix- She inspires new stories for me, her pistols are awesome(I did have to leave the plastic bands on her hands though which is the only disappointment), she does awesome slow mo max payne crap for me when I play. A great FIGURE! Most disappointing figures 25th=Dusty, paint job doesnt live up to the OG and his helmet looks lame, has gimp hands or Alley Viper= handle for shield sucks, cant shoulder his sub, backpack wont hold bow, skinny legs that dont get very good articulation(which is the only advantage to skinny figure legs). ARAH=I cant remember his name... he is 85 i think, starts with an R I think.... anyways he has a HUGE CROTCH!!! I was disappointed when I got him off line.

I really liked Ambush and his gear! One of the best JOEs they ever made. Too bad he wasn't and 80s figure.
Also Really liked Bullhorn and his gear. He had some cammo and that awesome rifle with case! Too bad Low Ligh didn't have that. |

Top ten character. but the figures were always lacking. Until 1992: YOJOE.COM | Roadblock Only drawback, the earring. The Anti-venom one is even better. But the Latest one finally gets the size right. To me Roadblock is like 6-9 so the Outpost one is perfect. YOJOE.COM | Roadblock Another favorite figure of mine is 1993 Battle Corps Duke YOJOE.COM | Duke Great proportions, the right look, I think you could use that mold forever for O-ring figures. And of course Snake-Eyes V2 who is one of those best figures ever made although I think the one right before the stopped with O-rings was the best one yet. 20 years of improvements and they nailed it, and then poof let's switch articulation and drown you in Snake-Eyeses. (Although they seem to be improving with each one) YOJOE.COM | Snake Eyes Although the left hand is a little funny |
