There was talk that Hasbro is re-releasing Flint, but did they mention the Wave 1 Snake Eyes with Timber?
I want an open one and sealed one, but I don't want to drop $100 for two figures...1 year old twins go through a lot of diapers and I could just see me justifying that one to the wife. |

I thought that I heard Hasbro mention that they were going to re-release Snake Eyes with Timber later this year during the fourth quarter. This was going to made using the same black mold as they used for the V1 re-release of Snake Eyes during Wave 5. I don't know where I heard this rumor, so please only take it as a rumor.
If you want a lose Wave 1 Snake Eyes with Timber I'm sure you can get one for around $10. Of course carded will be more. |

They need to include a backpack to hold his sword like the original when they rerelease him.

I am beyond shocked that, of all the variant Snake Eyes' released so far, none have had the V2 head that came with the wave 1 single packs. I guess the head could be better, but is it viewed as being that bad by Hasbro?

I thought that hasbro would have done more with the V2 head too, since it is a fan favorite. They did kinda blow it on the V2 head. When I first opened it, I immediately noticed the head's flaws. It is not horrible by any means though.

I don't really see any problems with it. I love that figure.

i'd be utterly shocked if he doesn't show back up at some point ~ pretty much every other figure has been cycled back into waves.

Seriously. That headsculpt is the best take on the 1985 design ever. That's right, it's better than the brilliant 1985 figure.
