I've seen them too, but didn't really care for them....
The way people were paying out the ears for them on ebay a month ago, you woulda thought they'd be harder to find than a movie from the 90's without Paul Rudd in it....zing!! XD

Still haven't seen him in the wild. I have seen the rest of the wave once each during several weeks of looking, twice for Jungle Rip-Cord.

Do you even live around his area? I know that you are generalizing your statement but I have heard people complain that people who buy figures for trade fodder are ruining it for others because it doesn't leave anything for them. Blame distribution not the collector.
Until now, my Walmart, Target, Toys R US do not carry anything above wave 3. I just happen to find my CS SE's at Aldi of all places. You just have to be more patient or more diligent in your Joe hunting. How badly do you want it? Then get it online but be prepared to pay a bit more. If you want it bad enough and do not want to pay extra by buying it online, then go to Walmart late at night when they are stocking. It's not fair to blame other collectors if you can't find a certain figure that you are looking for. After all we are in a free market and anybody can buy anything they want and as much as they want. Whoever buys any of the figures out in retail is nobody's control but the buyer itself. What he wants to do with it is up to him. Since the Joes went down in price, I have bought at least two of the ones I like. I open one and keep the other one MOC. If I happen to stumble on a third or fourth one, then I might get it as trade bait. If a scalper buys it (as much as we hate the idea) then there is nothing we can do about it. There is nothing wrong about buying an item (or multiples of an item). That's the nature of collecting.
