Sure, it's fun to pose them and whatnot...but just more fun for me to look at them with "8 year old eyes"....grabbing the card, staring at it, checking out the upcoming figures, etc. We don't knock openers..so don't knock MOC'ers :P

The idea of buying figures and not opening is a hard pill to swallow. Unless you buy to profit well then yeah...don't open. They are such beautifully crafted figures and deserve to be displayed. But I guess that is easy for me to say as I have both MOC and opened figures with the exception of Flint.

I haven't opened mine...reason being is I prefer my vintage being the only one "loose" in my collection (but I won't say it will stay that way, I just opened all my Sigmas). As much as I enjoy collecting the new series, my heart will still be with the originals and also haven't opened for space reasons.
Possibly if I get a new house with more extra room that would be dedicated to Joe's then I would open them to display. But truthfully, I'm enjoying the Sigma's stuff moreso right now.

I've kind of thought my 25th collection out pretty well. I left what I wanted to MOC and have enough to play with by my computer. Whenever the wife and I buy a new home I hope to have a room to myself and maybe set up a diodealy with some of the other Joes I have in the wings.

Keeping mine carded. I want to open a few but don't and will have a few set aside for possible kids. But I am done with the opening toys phase. I am trying now to get all my childhood year toys...and it isn't easy.

I haven't opened anything yet, but I don't plan on selling anything either so I should just open them...the problem is I don't really have a space to display them or anything. They're easier to store in the package for now...

Nah! I'm a 100% confirmed packet opener/file card clipper and proud of it. I've been collecting action figures in general for over 30 years and I've never had a MIB item - I'm too much of a 'tactile' collector for that.
I did consider buying carded versions of the figures I got in the first two boxed sets, but decided I couldn't afford it.
