Is Night Adder an army builder or unique character?

I'm not sure if Night Adder is a officer army builder or is he a unique high ranking Cobra officer? I read the file card and still don't know.

He's an officer, but it does not distinguish him as a unique officer. He might be part of a officer corp.

in my joe-verse , hes a single character not a troop builder.

I found this on another Joe site Theterrordrome.com Says he's an indivdual like Wild Weasal or Copperhead.

I'd say hes a single character, he kind of reminds me of Croc Master, Night Adder with his dog guards the places that CM dont.

after reading the file card, I'd definitely say individual. It refers to him as a "he".

"Night Adder is a security officer for the COBRA Organization. With his trained attack dog, he enforces the highest levels of protection using a ruthless approach that has earned the fear of his fellow officers as well as unlucky intruders."

If he were a troop builder, the file card would read as follows:

Night Adders are security officers for the COBRA Organization. With their trained attack dogs, they enforce the highest levels of protection using a ruthless approach that has earned the fear of their fellow officers as well as unlucky intruders.

It's all in the pronouns

Yeah, that's it! Single character to me too, even without reading the file card. Why else would the figure have all those individual tattoo's? You can't tell me Cobra is THAT uniform...

So this past week I have successfully ordered not 1, not 2...but 7 individual characters, all named Night Adder. Great...
