Classified has made some of the lamest, peg warmiest, ARAH figs cool. Case in point Crystal Ball.

I think they could have succeeded with Zandar but they didn?t quite get there. I do like the fig but maybe I just have a bias against the character.

We got a punk rock Dreadnok at the same time.

I mean it?s like H knew he would be overshadowed when that is on his file card.

They're not even remotely comparable, I think you're forgetting just how awful Falcon was lol. Honestly, I think Zandar's face would work quite well for Falcon if you remove the tattoos and switch the hair.

I think it's the present excitement, the "best version ever" syndrome, probably in 2010 people would have been ranking most POC figures 9/10, the best ever, but now we can look back in a calmer and more critical mindset.

I feel like the newness only amplifies the issues I would have with a figure. Getting Zandar out and realizing the shoulders don't work really soured the figure in a big way.

I thought PoC was still seen as the pinnacle of 1/18th Joe? Haven't really kept up with the discourse of that scale though.

POC / Renegades / 30th gave us some of the best 1:18 Joe figs ever.

Renegades/resolute/poc/30th were the best along w/a handful of the fss figures as well some of the FSS and the 25th though now seem like a step back with just lazy sculpts and construction .i almost miss the those days ..

The POC onwards ME lines were supposed to be the pinnacle of 1/18 Joe figures, but I was surprised to see on here recently how the community has turned on them somewhat.
