I think he is a phenomenal figure. Very imposing, great sculpt, a lot of fun to pose. At first I was not thrilled with the wings, but they have “grown” on me. Bring on Pythona, Golobulus, Royal Guard, etc.

I wanted to like this one much more than I did in the end...you just look at him in the box and it's like 'thunder thighs' and you go from there. He looks nice in a pose but it's kind of a pain to get him there between the wings, elbow guards, and swords all fighting each other. The sheaths flop all over the place if you leave them there. The chicken toes are pretty annoying to stand up as well.

Looks good, just doesn't feel great in hand. 6/10.

I gave him a 7. Nemesis Enforcer was the best part of Cobra-La (with Pythona being a close second), but his lack of dynamic poseability, the floppiness of his forearm blades, and the poor design of the wings drops him three points. I love his size and paint, though... and I'm glad the sword scabbards are removeable. I wish he was a little taller. He should be taller than Road Pig and Serpentor and he's not. They really should have made him 9 or 10 inches. I would have happily lost the swords and scabbards in exchange for a couple more inches in height.
