Gave it a nine after finally opening it. I don't really have any issue with it, tbh... I don't know what the issue is with the blast effects as I didn't even bother to use them, but it's kind of lame that they are just re-uses. Probably could have done better. And the driver is FINE but I guess I'm getting used to more accurate RAH designs... I don't mind the look (or of the original troopers) but... I guess I'd just prefer that over what we got. Not a big deal - I'm sure if the line keeps going we'll end up with those soon enough, and if not, I'm not going to cry over it.
Is there a trick to the wheels? I didn't really pay attention to the VAMP but I remember people talking about this. What direction are the treads supposed to go? (Or does it matter? Am I seeing things?)

Ah thanks, yeah it just occurred to me I could look up real off-road tires and such. That does seem to be the case!

As a kid I had the Night Attack Jeep (called that in the UK) and the SAS Panther which was a cool black repaint of the Vamp in the UK. Now that I have one of those in classified, I am hoping for a Panther repaint of the Vamp hopefully with a new version of UK Stalker (Snake-Eyes v1 repaint). Hey, they did Quarrel.

I finished my Stinger. Here's a few pics. I'm trying to take in-depth studio shots this week. There's a ton of detail. The entire thing is paint.
I scratch build a CROWS terminal from styrene and printed a decal for the screen. Threw in a magnetic Drone controller hub. The entire unit connects via magnet (STRONG connection) underneath the dash. So if it's disconnected there is no visible evidence of the mod.

Wow FP, that looks awesome. I passed on the Stinger, and everytime I am on the PULSE and see it is still available, I get anxious about getting one...

Where does the drone store, when it's not in use?

Great question! Currently, nowhere...Truth be told I wanted something on the left to balance out the joystick and gauge on the right hand side. I could mod the drone to enable the wingfans to fold. Then it would be a neat little square. I'll think about it. Anyone that has an idea feel free to share. My Stinger is "finished". But I constantly tweak projects if I get ideas.
