Mine is in the mail, so I can't be sure yet, though I am surprised they shipped them with the "shiny Torso" even if it is covered up.

The changes they made to Doc aren't enough for me to reduce his 10 rating but I'll probably get him some spare Roadblock hands so he has some kind of gloves. Classified has done extremely well with the carded 1983 Joes - maybe Airborne could've been better - and I can't pick a favorite between Doc, Snow Job and Torpedo. The folding stretcher was a great upgrade too.

Doc was one of the figures I was waiting and hoping for. At first I was not thrilled with his updates( flak vest, short sleeves, etc ). Having him in hand I think he is fantastic. Another stellar head sculpt from Lenny and the design team. His accessories are great and they all can be stored on him. I gave Doc a 10 as I have zero complaints about him at all. However, I can see Hasbro doing a more classic 1983 Retro figure a couple years from now.

Got to say that he looks cool but not a big fan of this figure..Don't really like how the pouches on his flak vest just pop off..where is the/his medical equipment, IV bags,oxygen mask and tank...anything besides just a stretcher.how about a flare effect for his flare gun...again the figure it's self is great just not his vest with pouches that can moved to different parts of it..
