I noticed with this poll and on Recondo's that it appears some people's votes aren't registering. Izzy Tipsy, your 10 doesn't appear to have logged on this poll.
Firm Pulse's vote for Recondo doesn't look like it registered either. Did either of you vote before the poll had fully posted maybe? I know the threads appear once they are posted but the poll options don't go up for a few minutes longer. Just want to make sure your votes are getting counted! Anyways, planning on opening my Scarlett and Duke tomorrow! |

Didn't think of that and I think you're right, that's probably what is happening.

So, I ended up giving her a 7. I know a lot of people really love this figure, but I think this figure emulates a lot of what I don't like about the original 82 line-up and some of the things that bother me about the original joes.
Compared to Classified Rock-n-roll, Stalker, and even Grunt, she looks very, very bland. There's not much updating to her outfit, and I am definitely not a fan of the color yellow used. I also don't like her face sculpt or make-up as compared to the original or field variant Classified figure. Its way too heavy handed for her, which was an issue I had with Cover Girl. Ironically I thought I'd like her more, than I do. Somethings, that I do really like an appreciate though are that she comes with double jointed elbows, a huge upgrade from her V1 Classified figure and feel like her crossbow is really nice, even like her quiver and added arrows. Overall her accessories are really good. I'm definitely in the camp that came into joes from 84 to 90 and feels like my score is definitely a reflection of liking joes that have more going on and aren't as plain. Also want to point out the glaring problem of mine having a VERY difficult time standing on her own. As of now, she is the only figure I need to use a stand for. There is definitely sometihng throwing off her ability to stand, even if I'm not exactly sure what that is. Last edited by Feuergeist82; 04-25-2024 at 12:56 PM.. Reason: added the issue about not standing |

I graded her 8. She had the potential to be a 10, but had just a few things that I felt knocked her down a few points.
1. The non-removeable arrow quiver - Even disassembling the figure won't help because the arrow quiver has a peg that fits into a hole in her waist. So if you remove the quiver, you expose an unsightly hole. The quiver is cool if she's going into battle with her crossbow. But she comes with an arsenal of guns. And she has no place to store her crossbow. If she goes into battle with 2 guns and no crossbow, what's the point of her wearing an arrow quiver? Plus, the hole in the waist will look ackward on a Glenda repaint. Quarrel has a crossbow so she can use the quiver, but Glenda didn't have a crossbow. 2. Super flimsy crossbow - The crossbow is so incredibly thin and flimsy, it looks like it could snap like a twig if you even look at it the wrong way. The crossbow really should have been more sturdy. Suppose you break her crossbow. You could display her with guns since she comes with a ton of them. But she still has that stupid arrow quiver. 3. The lack of an alternate vintage toy inspired short hair head - Her pony tail feels flimsy. Even the alternate pony tail still gets in the way of the backpack. A short hair head would be better for use with the backpack, plus it would be nice to have a short hair head already tooled for the inevitable Quarrel and Glenda repaints. |

Bro how is this even a question, of course it's a 10. This is the version of Scarlett we should have gotten the first place. Sometimes I really don't understand Hasbro. Everything about this version of Scarlett is spot on to the classic character. But the best part was the sheer number of accessories. That XMLR 3A laser rifle is probably the most standout accessory aside from the crossbow of course and the bolts that came with it. If we get more figures like this, the line is going to explode in popularity. I'm actually surprised though that it doesn't seem like retro Scarlett has sold out considering how everyone has been anticipating it. Maybe Hasbro produced a much bigger quantity than most of us would have imagined. Whatever the case if it means that Scarlett goes on sale at some point I might grab a second.

9 for me, very very good and I love that she has the dual ponytails. However like most it's the quiver that makes me knock off a slight point, I don't like that the last one can't fit in but it's whatever.

I gave her a 10, think she is perfect, just wish she had a holster for the sidearm.

Gave her a 10. Would have given her a 9 but she was one of the few '82 figures I had as a kid so she got an extra point for nostalgia.
