Just got mine today!

Night Force overall is a better sub-team than Tiger Force and I like the darker colors on some of the characters, but this version will never outshine the original Tunnel Rat. Gave it an 8.

Seeing all the talk of swapping parts has me really wanting a Night Force Falcon now to fix the glaring problem with him, so the same can be done with him.

Would anybody want Night Force Outback or is two figures enough for him?

I'd buy a Night Force Outback. I'm planning on setting up multiple displays with my Classified figures eventually, anyway, and I'll have different Joe teams fighting different Cobra teams in each diorama. Normal Joes fighting normal Cobras in one diorama, Tiger Force fighting Python Patrol in another diorama, Night Force fighting the Mole Rats/Shadow Tracker/Range Vipers in a third, and probably Mad Marauders fighting the Crimson Strike Team in the fourth.

Giving this figure a 9. I still prefer original Tunnel Rat, but you really can't go wrong with this figure either and I think it just comes down to personal preference as to which color scheme you like best. I think this figure overall is just as good as the regular one.

I like the clean face and enjoy the darker colors on this version im gonna do the swap as well darthbrett and swap the legs but keep the shoes and swap the demo bag .

2 outbacks isnt enough ive bought every version of every fig so far , i wouldnt complain about them doing like a 20 man/woman line up of nightforce . I prefer them to tiger force as well .

Wanted to bump this guy for more votes. I always prefer the original decos, but this is one of the better sub team repaints in the line so far for me personally.

I had originally passed on this figure. At the time he just wasn't very exciting to me.

I ended up picking him up for pretty cheap from Walmart. I wanna say 11 or 12 bucks. Actually a really solid figure and a I dig the NF deco.

Out of all the sub-teams, I am really digging NF the most. Just works a lot better for classified than maybe they even did as O-Ring figures.

I think any Tiger Force figures I've picked up have been purely based on nostalgia (except maybe TF Outback who is just plan awesome no matter how you slice it) whereas I've been picking up Night Force because they simply look great.

Been meaning to pick this guy up for a while now, finally got around to it. Great size and build, good articulation (barring the butterfly joints that seem oddly inhibited), and the color scheme just works. Passing on the standard release cause I can't stand the mismatched greens on its shirt. The amount of stuff he's got on is a little overwhelming though, could've combined the holster and bandolier into one piece and sculpted the scarf onto the torso, but once it's all settled, it looks great. And even helps mitigate what I think is an overly long neck. I just wish they'd taken the opportunity to give him a different rifle.
