I gave the Eels a 9. I absolutely love how this figure looks, even knowing its a repaint of Torpedo (which obviously does not bother me). I actually don't mind the reuse weapons either. Why they lost a point is because the facemask on the two that I received are fogged up. It definitely detracts from the awesome helmet they have. Also wish the helmet was easier to get on. Hopefully the retro version fixes the issues people have with this one, but I love his color scheme. At one point this figure was right behind Scrap Iron on my favorite figures of the year list, but obviously other figures have come out that have bumped him down on the list, but still really enjoy it.

Exactly how I feel about him. I think he's still in my Top 10 for 2023, though we still have Chuckles, Tripwire, the HISS crew, retro Cobra Commander, Nunchuk, Buzzer, Ripper, General Hawk, Shockwave and a few others coming this year.
