yeah im inconsistent too. i hate 4" modern sculpt military figures. i prefer o-ring construction.

but i've collected 5poa star wars since potf2 then took a hiatus until tvc (which is modern sculpt). im not a champion of 5poa, but that was pretty much the only choice for the star wars stuff i have, potf2 and the modern 5poa star wars.

I still love the old O-ring figures from the 80s and hope those make it back in stores. I know modern retail would never support a vehicle driven line like we had in the 80s but I wonder why Hasbro hasn’t given us a GI Joe line similar to Star Wars Mission Fleet. I think such a line could be really incredible and fun for Army Building. I have not posted in this forum in ages. Has this been discussed here?

I've been saying this for a while now! I think a Mission Fleet line would be great for GI Joe!

Hasbro did produce a retail line of 2.5 Inch G.I. Joe Sigma 6 figures with vehicles in 2006 and 2007, and they were called Mission Scale rather than Mission Fleet.

I did not collect very much of anything from that line, but I still have the Cobra H.I.S.S. Tank from that Mission Scale series, at retail November 2006.
