Honestly, now that there are 150 figures on this list, 12 places is fairly close!

I don't vote on figures I haven't actually bought, or at least gotten some hands-on time with. Doesn't seem fair to evaluate a figure based SOLELY on looks.

I'm the same way. I won't vote for OAMCC until he is in my hands, as much as I know I am going to really like it. Sometimes a figure doesn't quite meet expectations once it's in-hand, and sometimes they exceed them after opening 'em up and playing, posing or photographing them for a bit!

I think I voted on #00 deluxe Snake Eyes before I actually had him. I already had the #02 figure so just voted on both and gave them both an 8. I would have still given the deluxe one an 8 if I had waited though.

I remember I really wanted to vote on Big Boa a couple weeks before I got mine because he is one of my favorite all-time Cobras. But I was patient. Same thing with Doc, too.

I voted on every figure, whether I have them or not (although the ones I do buy, I wait to have in-hand before I vote). Not having them in-hand just means I don't ding them for QC issues, but I can still criticize the overall design, without having it in-hand, as well as knock off a point if they don't paint the blades.

I hated PD Destro and I don't care much for OAMCC, so that reflected in my votes, even though I don't have the former and don't plan on opening the latter.

People can vote however they want to. Just want everyone to know that no one has to explain themselves and are welcome to vote on any figure, whether they have it in-hand or they don't.
