I actually like this figure. I wonder about the other Marauders. It'd be weird if they didn't make others. Low-Light, Spirit, Mutt, and Sgt. Slaughter himself are all possibilities now as Marauders and they're all better figures than the original Barbecue. Spirit would be my hope for the next one, simply because he's been the longest in circulation. Falcon is possible too, but I'd rather see a Night Force or Super Sonic Fighters repaint, if they even revisit that mold... hopefully with a new head.

I agree and would think one of those guys has to be in the parking lot for 2024. Maybe the Marauders will be a new assortment for Target or possibly WM. Too bad TRU is gone now, they would have been perfect for another ongoing exclusive sub-team assortment.

I think it's safe to assume between the three subteams, TF, NF and SSM, the Marauders were the least popular.

I wonder once we have all of the '86 figures (and Footloose) if a Mission Brazil assortment will happen. Or possibly a big con set with that subteam. Plus Claymore!

But if they explain their reasons, maybe count that vote? I know I voted a few figures pretty low... CC, PD Destro, etc... but I also explained why. Just my opinion.

I like bbq even as a kid that axe was great a lil undersized but whatever
Reason for my low score i dont mind his size love the color the vest is whatever but when does a firefighter have skin tight clothes hes basically wearing orange spandex destro can rock the black spandex ?its destro? but bbq needed a more relaxed fit . look @ the og and its not tight on his body its loose fitting . I do like bbq?s helmet/axes etc even the backpack is great but the look those clothes.

I bought both versions even though i think they will revisit bbq once they stop using a particular mold from a current figure ..

I will never use a system that completely omits or removes a vote entirely. But low votes, especially with a very highly rated figure (for example like Serpentor or Snow Job), will definitely have less weight. This is also why I always also include the actual mean rating so if someone wants to ignore the weighted rating, they can see what the figure scored, regardless of any potential skewed votes.

With the benefit of a later vote and more Marauders releases, the figure is not terrible. Plus, I do not have Cobra Island Barbecue and will not be picking him up, unless I stumble across him for reasonable price; especially with more fire related figures announced. I am content with this release.

My cat wheeled his larger axe somewhere haha otherwise I do not mind his colour or accessories. 7

I'm giving this guy a bump. I think he got overlooked a bit. I know the Marauders aren't as well-liked or universally loved as Tiger Force or Night Force, but the Sgt's/Mad Marauders deserve some love!

I voted 9 before looking at anyone else's votes, then realized I'm an easy grader. Pinned or pinless joints never mattered to me.

I took off a point for no unmasked head. Other than that, this is what I would want a Marauders Barbecue to look like.

Yeah, pinned joints don't really matter to me either so that never factors into my ratings. I know for some people they matter.
