Well, it?s August.
Time will tell if we?ll be getting our Retro Crimson Guards and Retro Snake Eyes from Hasbro Pulse, in a few weeks.

I had preorders for Snake Eyes and Crimson Guard retro packaging since October 2022. The other day, my Crimson Guard got canceled, but something weird happened. Instead of a Crimson Guard, it had Baroness listed. I contacted them about the cancellation and they said they would leave the Baroness off and I could reorder Crimson Guard. I mentioned that it would put me out of the free shipping amount and they said they'd refund it.

I place a new order and after a few hours, just checked to make sure everything was correct. Item switched from CG to Gung-Ho! I contacted Walmart again through chat and they said they'd cancel the order and I could reorder, but this time I "should make sure I select the correct item." Ordered again, item was switched again. They canceled that order.

Already outside the realm of ridiculousness, I get another message that the universal translator must have choked on because it made no sense at all. They then asked for my order number....again. I wrote a message with all the order numbers and what was wrong with each one. I then spelled out what I was trying to accomplish and how would they help me achieve the correct outcome. "Reorder. We'll check and see if it's correct."

So far, so good, but I'm not counting my chickens.

BTW, I was told the reason I kept getting my products switched is because online orders come from store inventory. Then today, I was told that online is separate from brick and mortar.

I just know someone is going to screw the pooch.

Again my order got changed to the Classified Gung Ho. I'm on with customer support, but I have zero faith that this is going to be fixed.

Another chat with customer support. Another promise of the right item being shipped. Zero faith in getting this corrected.
