I gave this a 9. The Viper is iconic to me and this hits the mark. I don't mind the goggles not staying on even though it is part of the classic look (despite arguments that it does not make sense). I just wish prices for them would come down from the secondary market. I did purchase two of the 3-packs but I just want more regular Vipers without having to have the "officer" which doesn't fit well into my current adult head canon.

I love the Viper. My only complaints are 1. Availability, it was a Target exclusive and very difficult to track down. I found 7 in the wild and had to drive all over the place to find them. 2. Not a fan of the rifle or the goggles always falling off. Other than that it is a great figure.

Agree with all of this. I ranked it 7. I entered the thread with a higher opinion but my complaints are these + I think the vest needs work. Feels too chunky compared to the stripped down web gear you see on the more recent figures. Similar complaint with the Cobra Trooper vs Cobra Officer.

Easily a 9. I would’ve loved to get more of the Target versions for cohesion but they became Viper lieutenants in my Viper armies

I gave it a 10 but afterwards i thought about the goggle issues, and that hurts it, so if i had to revote it would be a 9, its a great figure otherwise.

I love this figure, its a 10. Goggles stay on for me. I managed to get 5 of them on Ebay UK a few years ago each was a little over retail price. But at that time Cobra Island figures weren't available in the UK. But they were well worth it.

I think they've done well with all the troop builder Cobra figures, but this is one of the few that I bought even though I never cared much for the 3-3/4" figure.
