I gave it an 8. I love the Baroness figure and I love this version of her. She would have been a 9, if she hadn't come with the trash Coil and hadn't been a Target exclusive, making it that much more difficult to track down since I only started collecting in December of 2021. Thanks again to Cobra Trooperc for hooking me up with her (as well as Beach Head).

Baroness was always my favorite character and I don't think they'd done her justice yet. The Walmart retro isn't even retro at all. Different card art and different weapons. I was hoping to see her classic rifle and backpack from the 1984 version.

I should mention I was lenient on the grading on all of these as well by simply ignoring their weapons. I think all of them to include the current more realistic looking ones are atrocious. The figure itself gets a 9, the Target exclusive, the bike, the shoddy corny looking weapons, etc. are the point deduction.

The sad thing is that Baroness seriously needs an upgrade. Her non swivel biceps make her pretty meh compared to Zarana and Lady Jaye in terms of posing.

Sadly, we have two Baroness rotting away at retail at the moment so there is little chance we get a new one anytime soon. I don't know why they couldn't be bothered to resculpt her arms for the Walmart version.

Yeah, I was fiddling around with her a few days ago and her arms are awful compared to other Classified figures in terms of articulation and how well you can pose them. She can't even really be posed with her arms at her side due to the lack of a bicep swivel joint. And the lack of double-jointed elbows also hinders her mobility.

In terms of sculpt though, she is a really high quality figure!

I rated this a 10. Baroness is the first perfect figure of the line. I'm talking figure - not accessories or the bike. I don't care about those. But as a representation of Baroness - there is no way to top this version of her. Outstanding.

The two-tone with the dark gray / black looks much better than the retro version in all black. Love the detail it brings to the figure.

Her elbow joints could be better and I couldn't care less about the bike.

8/10 for me too. The COIL is awesome and I wish would get released again (I FAR prefer it to the RAM). When it came out it was my female figure of the year across all lines, and I still keep it as Baroness on the shelf, even with the retro re-issue. I wish she had double elbows and I wish she had some cooler guns, thats the only knock down to her for me. Still an incredibly good figure, and well worth having.
