I decided to exchange my Amazon one to see if I'll get a correct one. It says if I don't mail back the original one within a certain time frame, they'll charge me what I originally paid for the replacement. Based on that, if I wanted to keep it, does that mean I get the 2nd set for the sale price?

If anyone wants to, feel free to use the beating a dead horse emoji, but I figured I would update with what I will consider the final chapter in my quest to get correct Vipers. I contaced Hasbro customer service after receivin the replacement with the same error.

Based on the converstaion it was very clear this is a problem that Hasbro is aware of and trying to remedy (unfortunately, not successfully).

The CS agent noted the issue and stated they would ship me a Viper 3 pack once Hasbro got more in stock. The agent told me to feel free to retun the error 3 pack to Amazon for a refund. I wound up sending back both my original order that was incorrect to Amazon and the replacement order that had the same error for a full refund.

Today, I received a new Viper 3 Pack. TBH, I was actually srurpised a replacement was sent.

Of course, I open the box, take off the arms guards, and what do I find, yep, white neck, black forearms. On the plus side, let's all be thankful Hasbro isn't an auto manufactuer.

All 3 of my Viper packs have tbe same issue. All 3 were from different vendors.
