Got these as a prize, but I've never seen them before. No "real" customs as the parts seem to be cast in those colours (right one only the head), in the same style as Black Major.....

That's interesting the one of the left uses Voltar's parts, I didn't think his mold was ever reused

Those look pretty nice. The one on the right looks like Altitude with a new head and new lower legs.
For the one on the left, the legs/waist appear to be from Crystal Ball, though I have no idea if those are some sort of factory piece or if they are custom-painted. Likewise with the Voltar torso and the Cobra Commander arms. Is that stand actually made out of wood?

I'm going to say these were customs going to some int'l convention somewhere...paint's on the shoulder rivets which OEM Joes don't have, there's some in the elbow joint too
