If you wonder why isn't at retail now you know. Is Target and Walmart willing to give up the shelf space need to accommodate a Skystriker and similar scale vehicles for niche adult collectors? To see anything remotely this size in the toy section you have to go to girl's aisle where the My Generation line of products are.

This shit isn't cheap. He wants $1,000 for it, (cheap ass haters mad that they can't afford the Skystriker enter the thread in 5...4...3...2...1) and if you could afford it, where and how would you display it? I think it's fair to say that Steve has earned 3D Printing G.O.A.T. status with his Skystriker design. Well done Steve.

This illustrates why Kenner went with the 1:18 scale for Star Wars over the then-normal 1:12 scale. You'd never get a 12in scale X-Wing or TIE never mind and AT-AT, Falcon or Jabba's sail barge. Pallitoy made the decision to make 3.75in Action Man figures for the first series of Action Force off the back of their success with license-produced Star Wars and it was obviously why Hasbro made the switch to the same scale for Joe.

To be honest I would have expected the Skystriker to be bigger than what Steve printed out. Did you see the Rattle he printed?
