Anyone else wonder why there wasn't a retro VAMP?

Oh definitely. But I LOVED Scarlett and there was no way my dad could afford to spend a hundred on her at a toy show, so best he could do was Ninja Force.

In fact, I have multiple 3.75 red haired lady figures my parents had bought from God knows what lines thinking they were Scarlett and that they finally found one for me they could afford.
