I love how Stalker became so quickly connected to the JUMP. Comics, cartoon, he's always got the jet pack. Classified Stalker needs a jet pack.

It wasn't a standard-issue uniform, or General Issue, but if it's fantasy-military then I suppose there must be some allowances made. I think there were some '80s action movies where the commandos wore black.
