I'm talking:
-Hasbro 6" Classified -Hasbro 3.75" O-Ring (R.I.P. 4" ME/Retro) -Super7 7" Ultimates -Mezco Toyz 6" Joes I'm not counting 3.75" ReAction from Super7, but feel free to include those if you want... Sucks on the wallet, but I'm (mostly) TRYING to cut down on other collectibles-- cherry picking Marvel Legends, quitting Transformers after WFC: Kingdom, all but quitting McFarlane DC, picking up the occasional WWE/AEW figure, snatching up the occasional NECA/MAFEX/Storm Collectible/SH Figarts, and grabbing most (but not all) of MOTU Masterverse. Okay, I collect a lot of F'n toys. Ugh. But who else is ALL IN with Joe?

I'm almost exclusively into Classified, but I've preordered the Mezco Roadbloack and Destro. They're expensive as hell but look so good.
As far as o-ring just ordered the Pulse Storm Shadow and Snakeyes and also the Skystriker if that funds. I'll have to see what they do with that line before deciding to get anything else. They'd be something I keep carded. If I wanted open 3.75" o-rings I'd just keep all my vintage. |

So far they have only put up Destro and Roadblock, right? And they teased Firefly but then never put him up for pre-order, right? And now nothing else? Are they going to do more? It would be nice though to get one before they put up more pre-orders. I would like to see how they are in hand. |

1.I am not interested in retro, I have a few figures and a HISS, but they seem poorly made and not worth it. As for O-rings there are only a few specific characters I want. ie Dial Tone, Dr Mindbender, Vipers, Iron Grenadiers, and a few others.
2. I don't like anything Super7 is making, it all looks bad to me. 3. I'm not interested in most Mezo things. The only Joe I would buy from them is Beach Head or Lt Falcon, and maybe Rock n Roll. Also I really wish I had found that Conan project before it ended. That to me is the one of the few items I really do want from them, however I'm not paying 300$ for it on the aftermarket. The only thing I am buying right now is Classified. This gives me more flexibility to stay under my budget when it comes to collecting, as I have somewhat regretfully dropped other lines such as McFarlane WH40K. The exception to my only Classified rule thus far is the Sky Striker, and that thing is to special to pass up. Last edited by Stormtrooper12; 12-04-2021 at 08:39 AM.. |

I'm buying figures from all the lines. Except ReAction. To me that just doesn't go with G.I. Joe. I am not being a completest though and only buying the figures from each line that I like.

I would like to see how they are in hand. Pretty sure the massive production and shipping delays that Mezco is facing is the chief reason why they haven't posted a pre-order for Firefly (or modern comic Superman, etc.) yet. They have way too many preorders to fulfill as it is. That's also why I'm all in with the Mezco like bc it is looking like 2-4 figures a year. At 80-100 a pop, that snail-like pacing is good on the wallet lol

If Classified wasn't so freaking SLOW in releasing figures this might be the only thing I collect too. I get too bored waiting months between a Breaker & Barbecue and the next toys.

I'm never "all-in" on anything. Never rule anything out either.
I have maybe 50% of Classified. That % might increase as the releases get less core-character heavy. O-Ring, who knows. I'm intrigued by it and open to getting some, or many.

I was trying to buy most Walmart 4" Retro and select 6".
There was a time I would have wanted GI Joe Lego minifigures, but have zero motivation to buy the recent Lego type sets. |
