I'm currently collecting the Classified figures (and other Joes) but I'm pretty out of the loop when it comes to other active series. I recently picked up a Marvel Legends Shang-Chi to use as a Quick Kick stand-in, and was wondering if there are other specific figures that work well with Classified?

Obviously all of the Marvel Legends are same scale - Are there specific figures with a more military slant that you use as Joe characters? Any within the DC universe or elsewhere? Also looking for figures that would make good bases for RAH/retro-inspired customs.

Give me your figure or series reccomendations!

NECA and Super7 Ultimate figures are too large for Classified.

Legends figures usually work well (although some do not; the Hellfire White Queen, for example, is way too tall).

Star Wars figures are technically the same scale, but they don't look that great next to a Classified figure. They are just slightly smaller.

Some figures, I think, work well with the size difference. My Gamerverse caps I used with Ragin Spoon heads stand a little bigger than my Destro, but I like a range of heights as long as the proportions look okay.

Articulated Icons ninjas are a bit too small.

Marvel Legends Erik Killmonger was tempting before GI Joe Classified was announced. I saw some use Night Thrasher as Snake Eyes after buying a custom head. Red Hand Ninja... not so good. I thought about Black Tom Cassidy as an alternate Destro body.

Upcoming Marvel Legends Flashback Winter Soldier might be good if the head peg is compatible with something good.

Any of the Marvel Legends MCU Figures look great with Classified. The Punisher with Motorcycle also works well. I also think some of the larger Marvel Legends figures like Crossbones work in a slightly cartoony way. Jazwares (and the new Hasbro) Fortnite figures and vehicles also match up.

Speaking of legends — anyone have an 80th anniversary camo punisher they could take pics next to some classified figs with?
