Come on Hasbro... all this money could be going to you, give me some incentive to save it for your retro o-rings!

I couldnt help myself. spent hundreds in the past 2 months on vintage stuff lol. Don't give up or slow down, the more you buy the fewer end up in landfills.

I'd have a hard time turning down a clean, complete tactical battle platform. One of the all-time great environments for figures and sea vehicles to interact.

The playsets are no joke my man! Outpost Defender, Cobra Bunker, LAW, Tactical Battle Platform, GI Joe HQ, Cobra Terrordrome. Got all those. Hell, I was on ebay last month looking for a Checkpoint Alpha and couldn't find one at a decent price but I found one of the posts for the Checkpoint Alpha and bought it. Huh? hahaha Checkpoint Alpha, a driver-less HISS, a couple Devilfish, and the Flagg, which is patiently awaiting HasLab Skystrikers to arrive, are the only loose vintage playsets or vehicles I currently own. And yes, the Checkpoint absolutely rules.

A Terror Drome is as much in my future as a Tactical Battle Platform. I don't see Hasbro putting either out ever again, and I greatly miss the ones I had as a kid.

But I'm not quite ready to take the plunge on either yet unless perfect specimens present themselves with the right price.
