I don't own anything from the new-sculpt era. Did the vehicles require assembly?

You had to assemble your vehicles in the 80s and 90s. You got instructions along with your blueprints. Then, you’d add the stickers. It was one of my favorite parts of getting a vehicle.
So, yes. I’d love to build them again. One advantage (that I figured out with the 90s vehicles) is that you could paint them before assembly and cover those hideous neon colors that would surely get them shot out in the battlefield. |

I'm guessing the Hasbro Pulse Skystriker will require assembly... If so, that's a hefty price tag for a model kit.

If it lowers the price tag and the more complicated parts are already put together, I don't mind assembling some of it myself.
